Chief Minister’s Public Grievances Redressal Cell deals with monitoring the progress of the redressal of grievances in the petitions from public received by Chief Minister directly or through Cell Centre, e-mail, Fax, etc.


Subject Distribution:

  • Redressal of petitions from public received by Chief Minister through Cell Centre/e-mail/Fax/Tapal and directly
  • Handed over to the Cell
  • Monitoring the progress of the redressel of grievance.
  • Taking special action on delayed case of redressel
  • Preparation and submission of monthly report to the Chief  Minister on the position of petitions received during the month  and the action taken on each of them.
