Government Secretariat buildings are located in Thiruvananthapuram in the following three adjacent campuses:

1. Main Campus of Kerala Government Secretariat houses:

The main campus is situated at the MG Road, barely 2 km away from the Trivandrum Central railway station and the KSRTC Bus Terminal; both at Thampanoor. Trivandrum International Airport is about 6 km away. Both Annexe and Annexe II buildings are barely 50 metres from the Main Campus.
