Thiruvananthapuram: Janata Dal (S) leader and Chittoor MLA K Krishnan kutty was sworn in as State Water Resources Minister on Tuesday. He said that his priority would be on drinking water projects. After the swearing in ceremony at Raj Bhavan, he went to the secretariat to assume charge as minister.
